I guess humans do make mistakes, including the choice of spouse at one point or another. If this were to be legalized, I think it may benefit lots of dysfunctional families.
I think with the right regulations this will be beneficial to many Filipinos. Especially to wives who are abused by their husbands and vice-versa.
As long as it's done for the right reasons, divorce is fine and it can even be good for the family in the long term.
