Nothing. I don't clean my breasts before pumping or feeding my baby as there's no need to. If my nipples are sore, I apply breastmilk and let it air-dry. I think a lot of new mothers worry unnecessarily. It's not dirty and milk is sterile. If you're worried, just wipe it with a clean towel or wet wipe. My baby has never fallen sick from breastfeeding. In fact, she has gone through her immunizations without fever or diarrhoea.
Breastfeeding is natural and has anti bacterial properties, so you don't need to wash up before or after any feed. That's one of the perks of breastfeedibg - so convenient, no sterilizing warming up milk, etc. I only wipe if I have applied some sort of cream or ointment. In those cases I use nuk nipple wipes. If you feel unhygienic, (maybe you sweat, etc) then just use a warm wet towel to wipe off before you feed.
Actually when you start latching really often, you will feel it's a waste of money to buy the wipes and wipe them. I bought 2 boxes, maybe use few packets during confinement due to after massage when they help us clear the blockage, i use it to wipe the nipples, other than that till now i never really wipe the nipple before i give him latch. Whenever he want latch, i will just let him latch.
I used to wipe my breast with a cotton Ball dipped in hot water. That too only to please my MIL. Actually nothing happens even if you don't clean....my boys were breastfed and never had any health issues during the first 7months. Cheers!!

I always have a packet or two of Nuk nipple wipes with me but i don't usually use them. I use the wipes whenever i get too sweaty. The wipes are thick and watery.
I don't clean too. However if I am sweaty before pump, I will just wipe by wetting tissue.
I use generic baby wipes, then dry with normal tissue before I pump.
I clean warm water and Woolen towel to dry before I pump
I don't. Just take out and feed.
