My husband and I are blessed with a 4-year-old son, and I'm currently 3 months pregnant. We waited 12 years before having our first child. Our journey wasn't easy. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 endometriosis, and my husband had a low sperm count and poor sperm morphology. We tried almost everything—IVF, IUI, TCM, acupuncture, traditional massage, career breaks, holidays, and many other recommendations. After 10 years of trying, we decided to stop pursuing treatments and focus on living happily together while trusting God's plan. At the same time, we gradually changed our lifestyle by eating healthier. We started as vegetarians before becoming fully vegan. About six months later, I conceived naturally—it was a complete surprise and a true blessing. I'm not saying a vegan lifestyle is the answer for everyone, as every fertility journey is different. But I believe that taking care of our health, reducing stress, and staying hopeful can make a positive difference. To every husband, please continue to support your wife emotionally and physically. Never lose hope, trust the process, and have faith. Wishing you both good health, happiness, and may you be blessed with your own little miracle. Sending lots of baby dust your way.

hi! i know there are quite a few urologists at Mount Elizabeth, so it might be worth having a look there. They have specialists who see patients for different urological conditions, including men's health and fertility. I'm sorry I don't have a specific doctor to recommend, but hopefully someone here can share their personal experience and point you in the right direction. 🙂

Hmm.. I would recommend Dr Michael Wong. He was my husband's urologist in Singapore. Although we didn't personally consult him for male infertility, I know he also manages male infertility issues as well as other urological conditions. Hope this helps in some way, and wishing you all the best! 🙏

can try TCM. TCM will be long journey as it will need to slowly adjust your body. I’m diagnose with oligoteratozoospermia, tried TCM route with herbal medication and acupuncture to improve my overall health.
