I ate normal food.. very balanced. My BMI was always good. I don’t have sweet tooth or extraordinary cravings during pregnancy.
Surprisingly, I am borderline GDM. 🤷🏽♀️
A borderline fail, is still a fail according to the dietitian.
So I stick to the same diet, minus off the pregnancy milk(Similac mum) but make sure I do a 30mins walk after every meal. I do my glucose readings frequently to check too.
