Hi, what type of supplement would you consider to give for an 18 months old child and where can it be bought from? Just want to boost immune system as falling sick often though not in childcare yet.

Immuped is good, can buy it at kkh pharmacy. Online not sure has, i bought from my child clinic

Not necessary for 18 mth old to take supplements unless the pediatrician advised you to do so.
