If you have all along been exercising regularly and your current pregnancy is a low risk one (no bleeding, FHR normal, growth on schedule etc.), actually can continue with all you have been doing. Just stop contact sports (like boxing or Muay Thai) and avoid things that may cause you to fall (skiing, surfing, rollerblading).
I haven’t stopped jogging, spin, yoga and even inversions (haha maybe being upside down keeps baby in). I’m currently 10+6 - was given this advice by ob during my week 5 and week 8 visits at KKH. Two diff OB, both said same thing about exercising (I did tell them I’ve been very active all along - 5 to 7 days a week of 1-2 hrs exercise daily).
