No issue. When i was preg with no. 2 i slp ard 12-1 plus and wake up at 7 plus to bring my no. 1 to school.
Completely Flexible..As long as you are well rested and proper food...
My sleep timing is around yours. I try to get 7 hours daily or more.
I sleep at 2am every day. Can’t really sleep properly..
So long u dun feel too tired the next day
As Long as you get enough rest
Will not affect baby tho.
Everyday I sleep after 12am
