Dried scales of skins on baby’s head

What are those and should I peel them off or let them fall off? My baby is almost 5 months.

Cradle cap? My LO had those at the eyebrow area. I applied baby facial cream and they disappeared after a while

I don’t think it’s good to peel them. Just wipe them with wet cloth
