If you’re worried, you can always bring baby to see a doctor. Low grade fever is 37.6-37.9 degrees. Fever is usually above 38 degrees. For me, I would give paracetamol, and also keep feeding baby to ensure baby’s well hydrated. I would do tepid sponging (with room temp water) and also monitor baby’s activity level. If the temperature doesn’t come down or baby is lethargic/drowsy/doesn’t feed, then I’d see a doctor. And if there are very worrying signs, to A&E.
Also ask doctor to give some medication for fever keep at home
To me 37.5°c I will keep monitor.

Please monitor your baby. Low grade is 37.5 to 37.9, fever is 38. Go to pedia and have your baby check as baby is just 3months. Usually for me if lowgrade fever and baby isnt complaining or crying much i just make sure baby is well fed. However if lowgrade and baby is very cranky i give paracetamol right away, because fever can spike up really high anytime and we dont want the baby to have seizure. That is what our pedia told us before.
37.6 and above
