First Trimester... 1st mth...

What suppliment to take....? Poly gave lots of folic acid but then was told to get calcium and iron. Any recommendation? If get all in one suppliment, the folic acid that poly gave can put aside? Advice advice... Thank you very much! Stay safe and healthy all!

If the supplement has sufficient folic acid in it, then there’s no need to take double:) I don’t have a specific recommended brand
