what are some easy leftover recipes that you have ever tried?

Just recently, I made a parantha of left over dal. Though I knew it now for quite sometime but never tried. Was always a little reluctant to knead the flour in dal and its taste. But to my utter surprise, my daughter really liked it for her lunch and looks forward to it everyday. To be honest, I am not a great cook and have just tried only this.
