What should you do when your toddler is hitting you and does not seem to want to stop

Grab hold of him and calm him down slowly. Give him sometime before talking to him. There may be something that is bothering him but he doesn't know how to express thus the behaviour. He might be too young to control his emotions. Have a good talk with him.
