What should I do when there rash on neck , been unfeeling well this past 2 days like body in heat. Is it having fever , haven't do his ART.
I even get sick cough, flu and slight fever.
As for the parent ART negative.

Please go to A&E now with your baby, a rash with fever in a one-month-old is something doctors need to check in person, and at this age it is better not to wait even a few hours.
