hospital bag

what should i pack in hospital bag.nurse(kuching,sarawak) said need to donate 20pcs maternity pads if normal delivery and 30pcs maternity pads if cserean to the hospital.is this true? what should i bring in my hospital bag? please advice.thanks in advance.
