After waking up in the morning 150ml breastmilk or formula. After 1.5-2 hours can give oat cereal with fruit/vegetable puree. 2 hours after that can give 150ml formula and put the baby for a nap. After nap lunch can be rice porridge or rice cereal with vegetables or fruits puree. 2-3 hours after that can give 150ml formula in the evening. Before night sleep, can give 150 ml formula. In case baby wakes up in the night can give 120-150 ml formula. Baby can have 2 solid meals a day, preferably for breakfast and lunch.

Follow the given recommendations in the milk tin. Alternatively, if you start feeding puree/porridge then it should be morning milk, meal, afternoon milk, meal, snacks in between, meal then night milk. You may adjust according to your child's need where necessary.
