We always have prickly heat powder and hydrocortisone lotion at home for remedies to any rashes. So far, both are effective especially the hydrocortisone. It removes the rashes in minutes. You may consult your pedia if this is also okay to use for your baby.
If you're exclusively breastfeeding, breastmilk can remove the rashes. It's tested, we're using it on our baby.
I use prickly heat powder that's mild enough for kids. For added comfort, I make sure my baby's wearing cool, cotton clothing that's not too tight so as not to irritate his skin further.
