Confinement cooking wine

Hi,what is the name of the confinement cooking wine? Does it affect breastfeeding coz since got alcohol?

they only put abit in cooking so its ok. erm fermented red wine or mi jiu(米酒). my grandmother went to ask someone to do specially for confinement
