Contraction. It is painful, so that you'll know when to push. Whenever the contraction hits you, you have to start pushing but once the baby are out, the contraction automatically gone.

Contractions!! I thought I can survive with laughing gas but apparently I can’t and opt for epi last minute.

Contractions. By the time started pushing i opted for epidural alr so it might be even more painful, idk!

Pushing. Take epidural please, so u can only focus on pushing and u won’t feel the stitches and others
