Definitely Subic! There, you can visit Ocean Adventure where you and your kids can watch dolphin and sea lion shows. As far as I know, Ocean Adventure is the first and only marine adventure park in Southeast Asia. Zoobic Safari is also an enjoyable spot there and I suggest you try Safari Jeepney. Treetop Adventure may also do, if you plan to have a more physical tour for your family. Plus, there are a bunch of beaches nearby. :)
