Seriously there are many milestones bb develop at different pace. But by 9 Mths, they must be able to sit unsupported, may start traditional crawling or already completed
Each baby is different, just like my 2kids , when my gal 8 mths she can stand with supported but my boy till 10 mth still don't want to stand
