Hi mumsh! You have to start pumping na po even at the office, we are entitled po for a "lactation break" at work, I think at least twice on top of our lunch break and/or coffee breaks pa po yun, around 15mins each. Or it may depend sa company, inquire ka po sa HR ninyo or your boss. :)
