Rooibos tea, in particular, is a good one to try because of its antioxidant properties; it's also caffeine-free. Other herbal teas may help alleviate morning sickness (ginger and mint), prevent insomnia (chamomile) and promote more effective contractions during labor (red raspberry leaf).

Where can we get those caffeine-free & pregnancy-safe teas?

Avoid those with caffeine. Drink red date wolf berries tea is very good for you and baby :)

U can go for those caffeine free tea. Should be able to find them in supermarkets. :)

My gynae says best to drink ginger tea since there will be a lot of wind.
