I think 1 year old is still too young for supplement in my own opinion. I will suggest a well balanced nutritious diet instead. Encourage your 1year old to eat a variety of healthy food daily which includes vegetables & fruits. You can also choose those food in the supermarket with the healthy eating logo for a better choice when you are doing your marketing for food.

At 1 year old, my daughter is still doing baby talk & trying to communicate with her body language but dun be discouraged talk to them more & let them developed in their own pace. She only start talking more fluently after 18month old

If they are eating well, no supplement is required. Else, just top up with stage 3 milk will do!
