I give steamed mixed red and white rice. Sometimes 5 grains rice. Sometimes quinoa or millets. So far so good. No issue. My LO is able to digest with no colic issues.
I use normal white mixed with brown grains mainly for porridge. Millets are another good option. healthier choice and easily digestible.
