I tried to introduce a balanced diet when my child turn 1 year old. So she will not be fussy with food. Her diet will contain lots of different foods & offered in a variety of combinations. This will ensure that she gets everything she needs to help her grow well. I do not use seasonings yet & adds flavour to her food with natural herbs & vegetables to enhance the taste of her food

I give my kids all kind of whole food at the age of one. We basically have the same food from 1 year old onward but their share does not have any salt or sugar, only seasoning with herbs only.
my 1 year old LO takes pasta, vermicelli, porridge, noodles, (organic/ baby-range). all types of green leaf vegetables. beetroots. leeks. carrots. potatoes. ikan to boil soup. etc...
Anything that we adults eat, and I feel like eating - minus the salt/sugar/seasoning! We use natural flavours from the meat and vegetables instead :)
