What is the going rate for confinement nannies in the feb cny period?

I had my son during cny last year (2015). Note that the cny period lasts till 2 weeks before and after Chinese New Year. I was quoted $3200 during the regular (non cny) period and during cny was quoted between $3800 - $4200.
