I used to love sopas when I was a kid and can see potential interest of the same with my toddler. Only not that it's nutritious 'cause you have protein (the chicken breast flakes), vit A from carrots, cabbage which is a good source of good source of manganese, dietary fiber and potassium, it's good that it can warm their tummies early in the morning before starting the activities for that day.
a healthy breakfast for kids will consist of Go, Grow and Glow foods. A sample menu would be bread or rice for energy, eggs or meat for protein, and a slice of apple or banana for boosting health. I used to arrange them on a plate making a smiley face and my kids love it!
