I keep giving them water to hydrate them, or chrysanthemum tea with no sugar added, and just showered them in nice warm water and quickly wrap them up to prevent them from catching a chill. On and off I will use a cloth to wipe their forehead, neck and armpits on the pretence that I'm cleaning them up. I do not use cool patch as it's ineffective in bringing temperature down.
