some foods that can actually help to improve vision and keep it in good health are green leafy vegetables, carrots and other red or orange coloured vegetables, citrus fruits, oranges, tuna, salmon or any type of oily fish, eggs, nuts, beans and so on. the thing to remember is that eating these will not turn back vision from poor to good. but these are mainly preventive foods that can protect your child's vision against further deterioration.
