Complete no no are certain medications (let your doctor know you’re breastfeeding) and alcohol (some people pump and dump when they drink. I choose not to consume alcohol at all)

Milk killer food: Cabbage Chives Mint stuff I can't take chocolate my baby will diarrhea. This is depend on individual baby.
