29weeks Pregnant, Can I start to do walking/exercise? Baby position is still on Breech.

It helps na maging active para sa blood circulation. As for breech position, try doing exercises like pelvic rocks or bridge lifts to help loosen up your hips and pelvis. Some moms also do spinning babies techniques, which involve certain positions to encourage baby to turn. But always check with your OB before trying these exercises. Don’t worry, malapit na, and you’re doing great!
