Hi mommy! Here are some dos and donts of pregnancy, hope this will help you 1. Take multivitamins 2. Don't smoke 3. Get a lot of sleep 4. Don't drink alcohol 5. Do work out 6. Don't eat raw meat 7. Eat sea food 8. Don't eat deli meat 9. Do have sex 10. Don't eat unpasteurized milk products 11. Practice yoga 12. Don't sit in a hut tab or sauna 13. Do get a flu shot 14. Dont't drink a lot of caffeine 15. Do weight gain smartly 16. Don't clean the cat's litter box 17. Do visit you dentist 😀
Too many to mention, but you can google it. Here’s some: Do’s like by eating healthy food, drink tons of water, take pre-natal vitamins, check-up with OB, exercise if cleared by OB. Dont’s like eating high mercury level of food, avoid spicy food( could cause heartburn), strenuous activities, whitening products. Etc. mostly can be answered by your OB because every pregnancy is different.
