Obscured Ovaries

What does this mean "BOTH OVARIES ARE OBSCURED BY OVERLYING BOWEL GAS, PRECLUDING EVALUATION ", is it normal? I just had my Trans-V today. I'm 7weeks 4days pregnant today on my 2nd child after 13yrs. I also have PCOS before but now I'm pregnant. I haven't asked my OB yet bec. my next check up is on Jan. 19. I just wanted to have an idea if you have experienced this also and if this is just fine. Thank you.
