My girl has this too. Started as a small dot and then slowly spreads to a 5 cent coin size. Went to a few pds and was given different ans. One said ringworm, one said bacteria and now its eczema 😩we were given different steroid cream to apply as it comes and go. I'm still trying to find a cream that works for my girl. Tried physiogel AI cream, Jo Lauran miracle balm and now trying mustela cream for eczema skin.

It looks like eczema to me. Did you LO eat anything new or use anything new that may have triggered the rash? Best to keep the area clean and dry and apply moisturizer like physiogel. If the area gets worst, best to consult PD.

Its either a milk rash or eczema , try consult your PD. or alternative apply breastmilk on it . As my bbay had that when he is young and i applied breastmilk and its gone effectively

Looks like milk rash. Recommend to try one of these remedies. https://sg.theasianparent.com/milk-rash-remedies/
