Emergency Admissions to hospital
What is the documents that we need to prepare in case need to bring baby to hospital? Especially for working mom and maid is taking care of LO at home

Health booklet and birth cert are useful, but if it’s really an emergency and you don’t have anything on you, get your child to the hospital for treatment first. You can bring the documents later. Memorise the birth cert number so you can quote it when needed
