Baby having block nose and flame

What is the course baby having block nose that make him cry all night and also having flame. May i know what is the cause of it? He too cranky.

elevate his pillow , he can't sleep due to stuffy nose ,clear out with nasal aspirator or garlic baby balm rub his chest ,back n feet wear socks .
