What kind of digestion issues are you referring to? There are so many types of digestion issues that mummies face:
1. Morning sickness/General nausea
2. Constipation
3. Indigestion/Heartburn/Other unpleasantness
Generally if you feel discomfort while/after eating you can try the following methods:
-consume food in smaller quantities
-cut back on food that can cause gas
-stay upright for 20-30 minutes after your meal
-take a stroll after meals
-abstain from gassy drinks
-eat foods that are high in fiber, low in oil, non-spicy and non-fried
At times there can also be no remedy for what you're feeling. If all else fails, blame the dog. :D
