shampoo for pregnant ladies
what brand of shampoo do you ladies use while pregnant? is it really important to choose those without parabens, sulphate?

Hello! I asked my doctor about this last time and she said that preferably you should use hair products without parabens or sulphate, but most importantly, you should avoid putting products containing retinol on your face, because that can penetrate into your skin. She also said that most shampoos and conditioners are okay though, but better safe than sorry right 😊 All the best to you!
