Mommy, try mo mag-workout using a stepper machine. Based on my experience as a stay-at-home working mom. Mag-hapon kasi ako in front of my computer so I have no time to workout. I just put my stepper machine beside me, so whenever I have free time, I step on it and workout kahit mga 5 to 10 mins lang on my break time.
