Pwede na yung 3days delayed lalo kung regular ka naman .. then 1st wiwi sa umaga para mas concentrated or atleast 4hrs na hindi ka nakainom ng kahit anong liquid .. saken 1st pt ko gabi ee then inulit ko nung umaga both positive ..
