Tagaytay or Batangas for land travel as it is only a couple of hours away from Manila and there are nice places to go to in both locations. If by plane, Cebu or Bohol. They both have nice beaches and tourist attraction.
I agree, ang daming magagandang places na pwedeng puntahan sa Batangas. :)
