What is the best cloth diapers or nappy you have tried and would recommend for new born ? And why?

I use muslin clothe, like the good old days :-) That's my insert and for cover, I just use any brand. But whatever brand you use, read the care instructions carefully on how to keep them clean and hygienic. I think I have been using several brands and they are all non descript so I couldn't remember the names but my problem has been the odour. So I boil them once a week and soak them in vinegar too.
