In addition to what Diana has mentioned, you can try the following to help soothe your baby. Walk or rock your baby: motion helps to calm babies. Babywear your child and walk around the house. Your warmth and the rhythm may help get her to sleep. Use sound to calm your baby: sometimes, the gentle hum of a machine (fan, vacuum, white-noise machine) or playing classical music may be calming to a baby Calming your baby’s senses: sometimes, bright lights or sounds may over stimulate a baby’s senses. Try letting your baby rest in a dark and quiet room, or swaddling him/her snugly in a blanket can help prevent your baby from being overwhelmed. Every baby is different and you may need to try different methods to find one that works for yours. Thankfully, it will likely go away after three or four months. In the meantime, stay calm and all the best!! :)
