What are some tips for finding the right pediatrician for baby?

I usually rely on friends' and relatives' recommendations :) One important criteria for me is that the PD responds quickly when I send him/her an SMS even during weekends. Generally, younger PD's are more likely to do this. This comes in handy when I have questions about emergencies (like when my baby fell off the bed), rashes (I send a photo too), and preliminary questions before actually going to the PD visit.
