1) get both you and partner go thru fertility checks. if you guys have been trying to conceive. 2) stay fit, eat healthy and clean. if body is not fit, hormones dont work well causing body not to produce egg or reduce sperm quality and quantity which makes getting pregnant harder. 3) start taking folic acid daily. 5mg daily will suffice until ure pregnant. then, gynae will start on other supplements. gd luck!
