I think there's no fruit that is not suitable for pregnant moms like us.
Pinya, ubas, papaya hindi ko talaga siya fave at diko rin kinakain ever
avoid: pineapple, unripe-medium ripe papaya, and grapes
lemon, apple, banana, grapes, orange, papaya, manggo, santol
I often eat papaya and its delicious 😋😋 11 weeks preggy.

Basta i only eat ORANGE, Mango, Avocado at Banana
Pineapple . And some say cannot eat watermelon .
If its ok i eat apple and banana everyday??
