At what age should we practice tummy time for our lo?i try once but he looks so uncomfortable..like he was difficult to breathe...

Really...ok tq...tp die nmpk penat..so i takot die sesak nafas ke ape😂..i letak dlm 5mnit cmtu je lpas tu bringkn die balik...btw he 4months old now..is it already late?
