Introducing solids to your baby...

What age did you start your LO on solids? - if so what was their first taste? Any asian mammas doing BLW (Baby Led Weaning) After reading “The Virgin Gut” ... I’m at two minds and now confused as what I should do ??‍♀️

Hi... you can start to introduce solids to your child from 4 to six months. Cereals, fruits purées and porridge are easy to make and introduce to baby
