Cyst beside water bag

Went for an ultrasound when I first found out I was pregnant at week 5, and gynae scanned an almost 7cm cyst right beside the water bag. Anyone had similar experience and what should I do? This is my first pregnancy, currently at 5W6D.

He only told me to go to my chosen gynae as the first gynae I consulted was to confirm my pregnancy, while doing the ultrasound, he found out that there is a cyst. Then he asked if I have a gynae, I said yes. Then he said he can’t advise me further as he is not my gynae.
