Dark brown discharge becomes more red and bleeding

Went to nuh a&e yesterday due to brown discharge becoming mix of more blood. And more bleeding happened yesterday. Dr mentioned to only come back if bleeding is pad full. Had some cramps today and felt menses-like bleeding. Is this a red flag? Should i go back to a&e again today?
